Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Account Creation

You must be at least 18 years old to use Proxy. By creating an account, you warrant that you are capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. User Conduct and Zero Tolerance Policy

We are committed to maintaining a safe community. We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree not to post content that is: defamatory, obscene, pornographic, offensive, hateful, promotes violence, or violates any law. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your account.

3. Child Safety Standards

Proxy is committed to protecting the safety of minors. We strictly prohibit any content or behavior that exploits or abuses children. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any depiction of minors in a sexualized manner is strictly forbidden.
• Grooming and Predatory Behavior: Any attempt to contact minors for sexual purposes or to solicit sexual content is prohibited.
• Reporting to Authorities: We have a legal and moral obligation to report any suspected child exploitation or abuse to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement agencies.

Any user found violating these standards will be immediately banned, and their account details will be preserved for legal investigations.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post (photos, bio). However, by posting content, you grant Proxy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the App's operation. You represent that you own or have the rights to use the content you post.

5. Location Services

Proxy is a location-based service. To use core features, you must grant permission to access your device's location. We use this data to identify other users nearby. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings, but the App will not function as intended.

6. Premium Subscriptions (Proxy+)

We may offer premium features ("Proxy+") for purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. You can manage subscriptions in your account settings.

7. Reporting and Blocking

If you encounter objectionable content or abusive behavior, you can report the user or block them directly through the App. We review reports within 24 hours and take appropriate action, including removing content and banning users.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be safe, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proxy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
